I personally try to practice Stoicism which embodies a few techniques that I find extremely helpful. When you get used to practicing these techniques, they start to become a natural part of your daily routine. So whatever you choose as your method of self-improvement, be consistent and practice it, with the intention of living that way. It truly is a lifestyle and not just hack for the mind.
